Accessibility Statement
Effective date: October 16, 2026
Queens Central Dental wants everyone to be able to use queenscentraldental.com, including people with disabilities. You should be able to find our services, hours, and phone number, and reach us easily, however you browse.
Our Standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), explain how to make websites easier to use for people who are blind or have low vision, are deaf or hard of hearing, or have motor or cognitive disabilities.
What We Do
Our efforts include:
- Adding text descriptions (alt text) to meaningful images
- Using clear headings and page structure that screen readers can follow
- Keeping text readable with strong color contrast
- Making the site usable with a keyboard alone
- Making our phone number a tap-to-call link on every page
- Reviewing the site regularly and fixing problems we find
Content From Other Companies
Some content on the site comes from other companies, such as the embedded Google Map. We don't control that content and can't guarantee it's fully accessible. If it gives you trouble, call us and we'll get you the same information another way.
Need Help? Let Us Know
If any part of the site is hard to use, or you'd like information in a different format, contact us. Tell us the page and what went wrong, and we'll respond promptly and get you what you need.
