These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of queenscentraldental.com and any page on it (the "Site"). The Site is operated by Ames Dental P.C., doing business as Queens Central Dental ("Queens Central Dental," "we," "us," or "our"), 83-06 Northern Blvd, Jackson Heights, NY 11372.

1. Agreement to These Terms

By visiting or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. These Terms cover the Site only. They don't replace any forms, consents, or financial policies you receive as a patient at our office.

2. Who May Use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site, or use it with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. The Site is meant for people in the United States. We make no claim that it is appropriate or lawful to use anywhere else.

3. Using the Site Does Not Make You a Patient

Visiting the Site, reading its content, or calling the number on it does not create a dentist-patient relationship. That relationship begins only when you are seen and accepted as a patient at our office.

4. Not Dental or Medical Advice

The Site offers general information about dental care and the services we provide. It is not dental, medical, or professional advice, and it is not a diagnosis or a treatment recommendation. Every mouth is different. Only an in-person exam can tell you what is going on and which options fit you. Don't delay or skip care because of something you read on the Site.

5. Dental Emergencies

The Site is not for emergencies. If you have trouble breathing or swallowing, swelling that spreads across your face, bleeding that won't stop, or a facial injury, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. For other urgent dental problems, call our office at (718) 429-0440.

6. Insurance, Costs, Hours, and Appointments

• Insurance: Plan names and logos on the Site are for general reference. They don't guarantee that your specific plan is accepted, that we are in network for it, or that any treatment is covered. Your benefits are decided by your insurance plan.
• Costs: We don't publish prices for treatment. Costs depend on the exam and your treatment plan, and we share them with you before work begins.
• Hours and availability: Office hours, same-day availability, and the languages we offer may change without notice. A visit is booked only when our office confirms it with you.
• Payments: The Site does not take payments, sell products, or offer subscriptions. Payment, refund, and billing terms for dental care are governed by the financial policies we provide at our office.

7. Reviews, Ratings, Photos, and Results

Ratings and review counts shown on the Site come from third-party platforms and are accurate only as of the date shown. Testimonials reflect one person's experience. Results vary from person to person, and we don't guarantee any particular outcome from any treatment. Unless an image is labeled as a photo of an actual patient, images on the Site are for illustration only.

8. Rules for Using the Site

You may use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, crawl, or harvest content or data from the Site with bots, spiders, or other automated tools.
• Use Site content to train, fine-tune, or build artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
• Hack, probe, or test the Site's security, or try to get into any part of the Site or its systems that isn't public.
• Upload or send viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or overload or disrupt the Site.
• Copy, modify, frame, mirror, or republish the Site or its design.

• Use the Site for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful to others.

9. Intellectual Property

The Site and everything on it, including text, graphics, photos, logos, design, and layout, belongs to Ames Dental P.C. or its licensors. It is protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and other laws. "Queens Central Dental" and our logo are our trademarks. We give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable permission to view the Site for personal use. All other rights are reserved. You may not copy or reuse any part of the Site without our written permission.

10. Contacting Us Through the Site

Email is not a secure way to send health information. Please don't email us details about your health, insurance ID numbers, or other sensitive information. Call our office instead. 11. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to or display content from third parties, such as Google Maps, review platforms, insurance carriers, and social media sites. We don't control those sites or services and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies. A link does not mean we endorse the site or its owner.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't promise that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, current, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We may correct errors or change content at any time, without notice.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Ames Dental P.C. and its owners, dentists, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or similar losses, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site. This applies whatever the legal theory and even if we were told such damages were possible. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

This section applies only to your use of the Site. It does not limit or waive any rights or obligations related to dental care you receive from us, which are governed by applicable law and professional standards. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

14. Indemnification

To the fullest extent the law allows, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ames Dental P.C. and its owners, dentists, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or end your access to all or part of the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. We may also change, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any part of it at any time. Sections 4 through 7 and 9 through 18 survive any end of your access.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new effective date. If you keep using the Site after a change is posted, you accept the updated Terms. Please check this page from time to time.

17. Governing Law, Venue, and Time to Bring Claims

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from or related to the Site or these Terms will be brought only in the state courts located in Queens County, New York, or in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. You and we consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. To the extent the law allows, any claim arising from or related to the Site must be filed within one year after it arises, or it is permanently barred. This time limit does not apply to claims related to dental care.

18. Other Terms

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed only as much as needed, and the rest stays in full effect. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours, including in connection with a sale or reorganization of the practice. Section headings are for convenience only.
